Using Facebook on QuickQuill

Unlock the full power of QuickQuill by linking your Facebook page in just a few simple steps. Once connected, QuickQuill lets you schedule posts, manage content, and engage with your community, all from one intuitive dashboard.

Connect your Facebook page

Note: You must be an admin of the Facebook page your want to connect to your QuickQuill account and also ensure you are already logged in to your Facebook account in another tab

  • Sign into your QuickQuill account and open the dashboard.
  • Click on the Manage channels option found on the menu and select Facebook.
  • A modal would be displayed listing all the requirements you need to meet to connect your Facebook page to QuickQuill. Ensure  you meet all connection requirements before clicking connect.

  • You’ll be redirected to Facebook where you’ll need to grant QuickQuill the necessary permissions. If you have multiple accounts logged in, select the one you want to connect and click continue.

Notice: Do not change any of the requested permissions so as not to cause unintended errors.

  • After successful connection, you will be shown a list of all the pages you selected during the connection step, select the one you want to connect to and click Connect

And that’s it! your Facebook page is now connected to QuickQuill.

Fixing common connection issues.

I cannot find the Facebook page I want to connect

If you cannot find the page you intend to connect after following all the above steps, here are a few things you should consider:

  • Confirm that you have logged in the account that the page is connected to.
  • Confirm that you are an admin on page you intend to connect and that you have all the required permissions to perform this action.
