Founder Lifetime Deal — Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 5 August 2026

These Founder Deal Terms ("Deal Terms") govern the purchase and use of the QuickQuill Founder Lifetime Deal ("Founder Deal"). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Deal Terms as well as our general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Deal Terms take precedence with respect to the Founder Deal.

1. What the Founder Deal Is

The Founder Deal is a limited, one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to the QuickQuill platform ("Lifetime Access"). It is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges after your initial payment.

The Founder Deal is offered in a limited number of sequential pricing batches. Each batch has a fixed capacity and its own price. Once a batch sells out, the next batch opens at a higher price. The price displayed on the Founder Deal page at the time your payment is successfully processed is the price you will be charged.

1.1. Current pricing and available spots for each batch are shown on the Founder Deal page. Prices and batch capacities are set at our discretion and may differ from batch to batch.

1.2. Once all available Founder Deal spots are claimed, the offer will close. We make no guarantee that spots will remain available at any particular price or at all.

2. What Lifetime Access Includes

Your Lifetime Access includes the following, for as long as the QuickQuill platform operates:

a) 250 AI credits per calendar month, resetting on the first day of each month. Credits do not roll over.

b) The ability to connect and manage up to 10 social media accounts in a single workspace.

c) Unlimited post scheduling across all supported publishing channels, with no monthly cap on the number of posts.

d) Access to the content calendar, media library, image editor, analytics, and first-comment automation features.

e) Access for a single user account. Lifetime Access is not a team or multi-seat plan.

f) Access to new publishing channels (such as additional social media platforms) as they are added to QuickQuill, within your plan limits.

2.1. AI credits are consumed each time you use an AI-powered generation or rewriting feature. The number of credits consumed per action may vary depending on the complexity of the task. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to credit consumption rates in advance.

2.2. You will have the option to purchase additional AI credits if your monthly allowance is exhausted. Any credit top-up purchases are separate from the Founder Deal and are subject to their own pricing at the time of purchase.

2.3. Quota upgrades (for example, increases to the monthly AI credit allowance or the number of connected accounts) that are applied to standard subscription plans are not automatically extended to Founder Deal users. We may choose to extend such upgrades to Founder Deal users at our sole discretion and will communicate any such changes if and when they are made.

3. Non-Transferability

3.1. Your Founder Deal purchase is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, resell, gift, sub-license, assign, or otherwise transfer your Lifetime Access or any rights under these Deal Terms to any other person or entity.

3.2. Your Lifetime Access is tied to the email address used at the time of purchase and the QuickQuill account that claims it. You may not claim your Founder Deal on behalf of another person.

3.3. Any attempt to transfer or resell Lifetime Access will be considered a material breach of these Deal Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

4. Claiming Your Lifetime Access

4.1. Payment is processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Your purchase is confirmed when Paddle successfully processes your payment.

4.2. After payment, you must create a QuickQuill account or sign in to an existing account using the same email address you provided at checkout. Your Lifetime Access is then activated by claiming it through the post-checkout flow.

4.3. Each purchase can only be claimed once and by a single account. If you have difficulty claiming your access, email us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. We offer a 30-day refund window for the Founder Deal. If you are not satisfied with QuickQuill for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

5.2. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase. Include your order details and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5.3. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. Upon processing a refund, your Lifetime Access will be revoked immediately.

5.4. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

a) Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.

b) Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

c) Evidence of abuse of the refund policy, including purchasing with the intent to extract value and then requesting a refund.

6. Service Continuity and Limitations

6.1. "Lifetime" means for the operational lifetime of the QuickQuill platform. We intend to run QuickQuill for a long time and are committed to delivering value to our Founder Deal customers. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely.

6.2. If we are ever required to shut down the platform entirely, we will provide at least 60 days' advance notice to all registered users by email or in-app notification, to the extent reasonably practicable.

6.3. In the event the business is acquired or merged with another entity, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that existing Founder Deal customers retain their access under equivalent terms. However, we cannot guarantee this outcome and it will be subject to the terms of any such transaction.

6.4. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove features of the platform over time. We will not intentionally remove core features that were advertised as part of the Founder Deal without providing an equivalent alternative or a reasonable notice period.

7. No Warranties

The QuickQuill platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement you may have. Please refer to Section 10 of our general Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuickQuill's total liability to you under these Deal Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your Founder Deal purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Deal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any disputes arising under these Deal Terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with our support team at [email protected].

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Deal Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email and post an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
