QuickQuill is a simple, powerful tool that helps you manage all your social media from one place. Whether you’re a small business owner, creator, or social media manager, QuickQuill helps you connect multiple social media accounts, create eye grabbing posts, schedule them across platforms, and track what actually works.
In this guide we walk you through the essentials so you can start publishing confidently today. From connecting accounts and composing multi-platform content to scheduling in our calendar and measuring results with actionable insights.
How to connect your social media accounts
Connecting your social channels to QuickQuill is fast and secure, do it once and you can publish, schedule, and analyze from a single dashboard.
Note: the number of accounts you can connect depends on your plan. Visit Settings → Billing in your account to see your allowance.

Connect your account to QuickQuill
Note: To speed up the connection process, make sure to first log into your social account first in one tab, then open QuickQuill in a different tab.
- Sign in to QuickQuill and open the Dashboard.
- From the left menu click Manage channels.
- In the Channels tab you will find all the channels currently supported by QuickQuill, click Connect on the social media platform you want to connect.

- Ensure you meet all connection requirements before clicking connect
And that’s it, you’ve successfully connected your account! From here you can start publishing, scheduling and managing content with ease.
Schedule your first post.
Managing multiple platforms doesn’t have to be complicated QuickQuill fixes that for you. With Quickquill, you can create, schedule and publish to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok all in one place. Here’s a quick guide on how to do that:
- On the left hand side of the dashboard, click on content calendar. You will be presented with a calendar style view from where you can select the date you want the post to be published.
- Click on the date you want the post to posted, this could either be the present day or a day in the future, and then click the “+” icon on that date or you click on the “Add content button on the top left corner”.

- If you clicked on the calendar, select “social media post”.
- A modal will open from where you would now create your post.
- Select the account(s) you want to publish the post to, upload the media (image or video) you want to use in the post, add your caption or text and click continue.

- Next, you’ll see a preview of how your post will look once published.
- Select the post type (story, reel, direct post) you want and follow any extra instructions that come with the post type selected.
Note: You can also add a first comment on the post in the bar labelled first comment.
- To publish your post immediately, click the button dropdown and select “post now”.
8. To schedule post, ensure the “Schedule post toggle” is turned on, confirm the date and time, click the button dropdown and select “schedule”.
Tip: To change the date and time for the scheduled post, simply tap on the date/time field next to the schedule toggle and select a new option.
View and manage your scheduled posts.
With QuickQuill, you can easily view and manage all your scheduled posts from the content calendar. This lets you keep track of what’s coming up, make edits if needed, reschedule posts, or delete them altogether, helping you stay organized and in control of your publishing. To do this, click on the posts menu option and then go to the “Scheduled” tab.
Analyze your results.
After publishing you can track how your posts perform with Insights. To do this, click on the inights option on the right menu. Here you can keep track of your post’s performance like reach, views/impressions, and engagements to get a better understanding of what’s working and make improvements to your content strategy.
